Overview
Request templates define the individual document items you commonly ask clients to provide. You can also group templates into sets so you can send a bundle of requests to a client in one action.
Templates vs Sets
- Templates are individual request definitions (e.g. "Bank Statement", "Utility Bill").
- Sets are named bundles of templates (e.g. "AML Document Pack", "Year-End Requirements").
Switch between the two using the Templates and Sets tabs at the top of the page.
Creating a Request Template
- 1Open Settings → Request Templates
- 2Make sure the Templates tab is selected
- 3Click New Template
- 4Enter a Name, select a Section (required), and optionally add a Default Note
- 5Toggle Share with team if you want other members to use this template
- 6Click Save
Templates can be personal (only visible to you) or shared with the team.

Editing and Deleting
Use the actions menu on any row to Edit or Delete a template or set. Deleting a template or set does not affect existing document requests that were already sent to clients.
