Overview
Connecting your email account lets you sync your inbox, file emails against clients, and send emails directly from Cloudclerk. Currently, Microsoft 365 (Outlook) is supported.
Connecting Microsoft 365
- 1Open Settings → Email under Channels
- 2Click Connect Microsoft 365
- 3You are redirected to Microsoft's sign-in page — sign in with your work account and grant the requested permissions
- 4After authorising, you are redirected back to Cloudclerk and your account appears as connected
Once connected, the page shows your email address, the connection status, and the last sync time. Emails sync automatically every few minutes, and you can also trigger a manual sync from the email inbox page.
Disconnecting
- 1Return to Settings → Email
- 2Click Disconnect
- 3Confirm the disconnection
Disconnecting stops email sync but does not delete emails that have already been filed against clients. Those records are preserved.
