Overview
The AI Settings page shows how your organisation uses the built-in AI assistant, including monthly token usage, daily breakdowns, and per-user statistics. Admins can also set usage limits and enable AI-powered dashboard insights.
Viewing Usage
The page displays three cards visible to all users:
- Current Month Usage — a progress bar showing total tokens used, the monthly limit (if set), and request count.
- Daily Usage — a bar chart of token usage per day. Use the toggle in the top-right to switch between 7, 14, and 30 day views.
- Top Users — a table of the team members who have used the most tokens this month, with their share of total usage.
Configuring AI Settings
The settings form only appears for users with the Owner or Admin role.
- 1Scroll to the Settings card at the bottom of the page
- 2Toggle Dashboard AI Insights on or off — this controls the AI-generated practice summary on the main dashboard
- 3Set a Monthly Token Limit (enter 0 for unlimited)
- 4Set a Warning Threshold percentage — you will see a warning when usage exceeds this level
- 5Click Save Changes
We recommend using the platform for at least 7 days before enabling Dashboard AI Insights, so the summary has enough data to be useful.
