Overview
The Integrations page lets you connect external accounting software to Cloudclerk. Connected integrations can sync contacts, invoices, and financial data between systems.
Available Integrations
Four providers are listed on the page, each with their own card:
- Xero — sync contacts, invoices, and chart of accounts (available now)
- QuickBooks — sync clients, invoices, and financial data (coming soon)
- Sage Accounting — sync contacts, invoices, and tax rates (coming soon)
- Sage 200 — enterprise-level accounting integration (coming soon)
Providers marked Coming soon are visible but cannot be connected yet.
Connecting an Integration
- 1Open Settings → Integrations under Connections
- 2Find the provider card and click the Connect button (e.g. Connect Xero)
- 3You are redirected to the provider's authorisation page — sign in and grant access
- 4If prompted, select the organisation or tenant you want to connect
- 5After authorising, you are redirected back to Cloudclerk
Once connected, the provider card shows the connected organisation name, status, and last sync time.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the connected provider card and confirm. Synced data (contacts, invoices) that already exists in Cloudclerk is preserved.
Connecting and disconnecting integrations may be restricted to certain roles depending on your organisation's configuration.
