Overview
The Organisation page stores your firm's core details. This information appears on invoices, proposals, and correspondence, so keeping it accurate matters.
Editing Business Details
- 1Open Settings from the sidebar, then select Organisation under General
- 2Use the tabs to navigate between General, Address, Billing & Registration, and Bank Details
- 3Update the fields you need (see below)
- 4Click Save Changes (or press ⌘+↵)
General tab
Upload or remove your Firm Logo (5 MB limit). Set the firm Name, Email, and Phone.
Address tab
Enter your Address line 1, Address line 2, City, County, Postcode, and Country.
Billing & Registration tab
Enter your VAT Number and Company Registration Number. These appear on invoices and proposals.
Bank Details tab
Enter your Account Name, Sort Code, and Account Number for payment instructions on invoices.
Document Letterhead
Below the business details card, admins can set a default Header and Footer for document templates. Individual templates can override these defaults.
- 1Scroll to the Document Letterhead card
- 2Edit the header and footer content using the rich text editors
- 3Click Save Letterhead
Only users with the Owner or Admin role can edit organisation settings. Other roles can view but not change them.
