Overview
The Invoices page shows all invoices your accountant has issued to you. You can see the details of each invoice, check its payment status, and download a PDF copy.
Finding Your Invoices
- 1From the portal navigation, go to Invoices (under the Account group)
- 2You will see a table listing all your invoices
The table shows the following columns:
- Invoice # — the unique invoice number
- Date — the date the invoice was issued
- Due Date — the date payment is due
- Status — the current payment status
- Total — the invoice amount
If you have no invoices yet, you will see a message reading "No invoices yet" with a note that invoices will appear once they have been issued.
Understanding Invoice Statuses
| Status | What it means | |--------|--------------| | Sent | The invoice has been issued and payment is due | | Partially Paid | Some payment has been received but a balance remains | | Paid | The invoice has been paid in full | | Overdue | The due date has passed and the invoice is unpaid |
Draft and voided invoices are not shown in the portal. You will only see invoices that have been formally issued to you.
Downloading a PDF
If a PDF is available for an invoice, a download button appears in the last column of the table.
- 1Find the invoice in the table
- 2Click the download button on the right-hand side of the row
- 3The PDF opens in a new tab where you can save or print it
