Overview
The Documents page shows all files your accountant has shared with you. You can browse by category, see file details, and download anything you need.
Finding Your Documents
- 1From the portal navigation, go to Documents (under the Documents group)
- 2You will see a list of all documents shared with you, showing the file name, folder or section, date, and file size
If no documents have been shared yet, you will see a message reading "No documents yet" with a note that documents shared with you will appear here.
Filtering by Section
At the top of the page, you will see filter buttons for each document section. Click a section name to show only documents in that category. Click All to clear the filter and see everything again.
Sections include categories such as General Correspondence, VAT and Bookkeeping, Bank Statements, Tax, Payroll, and Final Accounts, among others.
Downloading a Document
- 1Find the document you want in the list
- 2Click the download button on the right-hand side of the row
- 3The file will download to your device
You can only see documents that your accountant has specifically shared with you. Internal working papers and private files are not visible in the portal.
