Overview
After verifying your email, Cloudclerk asks you to provide basic details about your practice. This information is used across the platform for invoices, correspondence, and your organisation profile.
Completing the Setup Form
The setup page is titled Set up your practice and greets you by your first name.
- 1Review the Firm name field — it is pre-filled from registration, but you can change it here
- 2Enter your firm's Address (line 1, line 2, city, county, postcode, and country)
- 3Enter your firm's Phone number
- 4Enter Your job title (e.g. Practice Manager, Director)
- 5Click Complete setup
All fields on this page are optional. You can skip any of them and add the information later in Settings. However, completing them now saves time and ensures your firm details are ready when you create your first invoice or proposal.
Once you complete setup, you are taken straight to the dashboard. You will not see this page again.
