Overview
The proposals page gives you a single view of every engagement proposal your firm has created. You can search, filter by status, apply bulk actions, export data, and click any row to open the full proposal detail.
Table Columns
The table shows the following columns:
- Client — the client the proposal was created for
- Status — a badge showing the current status (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined, or Superseded). Hovering over a Declined badge shows the client's decline reason, if one was provided
- Value — the total value calculated from all package services. The column footer shows a running total of all visible rows
- Sent Date — when the proposal was sent, displayed as a relative date
- Expiry — the expiry date. Proposals expiring within seven days appear in amber; expired proposals appear in red
Declined and superseded proposals appear with strikethrough text to distinguish them from active proposals.
Searching and Filtering
Type in the Search proposals... box to filter by client name. Use the Status faceted filter to narrow results to one or more statuses. Set a date range to show only proposals created or sent within a specific period.
Saved Views
Click the view selector to save the current combination of column visibility, pinning, sort order, and active filters as a named view. You can share views with your team, set a default view, update an existing view, or delete one.
Bulk Actions
Tick the checkboxes on the left of one or more rows to reveal the bulk action bar:
- Change Status — set all selected proposals to a chosen status
- Export CSV — download the selected rows as a CSV file containing client name, status, value, sent date, and created date
- Delete — delete the selected proposals (hold Shift and click to skip the confirmation prompt)
Keyboard Shortcut
Press N from the proposals page to go straight to the create proposal wizard.
