Overview
Email campaigns let you send a single email to multiple client contacts at once. You define the content (or choose a template), filter the audience by client status or manager, optionally schedule a send date, and track delivery results after sending.
Campaign List
Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar to see all campaigns. The page shows four KPI cards — Total, Sent, Drafts, and Scheduled — followed by a table with the columns Name, Status, Recipients, Delivery (a progress bar showing sent vs failed), and Created.
You can search by campaign name, filter by Status (Draft, Sending, Sent, Scheduled, or Failed), and filter by date range.
Creating a Campaign
- 1Click New Campaign in the top right (or press N)
- 2Enter a Campaign Name (e.g. "January Newsletter") and click Create
- 3You are taken to the campaign detail page where you can configure the content, audience, and schedule
Configuring a Campaign
The campaign detail page has three cards when the campaign is in Draft or Scheduled status.
Details

Optionally select an Email Template from the dropdown. If you choose a template, the subject and body are taken from the template (including merge fields). If you select No template, two additional fields appear:
- Subject — the email subject line
- Body — the email body (HTML is supported)
- 3Click Save in the header to save your changes
Schedule (optional)
- 1Set a Date and Time for the campaign to be sent automatically
- 2Click Save to confirm the schedule
A confirmation message appears below showing when the campaign will be sent. If you leave the schedule empty, you send the campaign manually using the Send Now button.
Scheduled campaigns are checked every minute. Once the scheduled time arrives, the campaign is queued for sending automatically.
Audience

Filter the recipients using the available controls:
- Client Status — choose All, Active, Prospect, or Archived
- Manager — choose All or a specific staff member
- 2Click Preview Audience to see how many contacts match your filters and review the list
The audience preview shows each contact's Name and Email in a searchable table. Only contacts who have an email address are included.
Sending a Campaign
- 1Ensure the campaign has content (a template or custom subject and body) and an audience configured
- 2Click Save to save any unsaved changes
- 3Click Send Now in the header to begin sending immediately
Once a campaign has been sent, it cannot be edited or unsent. Review the audience preview carefully before sending.
Tracking Delivery
After a campaign is sent, the detail page shows four summary cards: Total recipients, Sent count, Failed count, and Sent Date. Below the summary, a Recipients table lists every recipient with their Name, Email, delivery Status (Pending, Sent, Delivered, or Failed), Sent At timestamp, and any Error message for failed deliveries.
Duplicating a Campaign
To reuse a campaign as a starting point for a new one, click Duplicate in the header. A copy is created in Draft status and you are taken to its detail page.
Bulk Actions
On the campaign list page, select one or more campaigns using the checkboxes to access bulk actions:
- Duplicate — creates a copy of each selected campaign
- Delete — removes the selected campaigns (only Draft and Scheduled campaigns can be deleted; hold Shift and click to skip confirmation)
