Overview
The process list is the central hub for viewing and managing every process in your practice. It provides a searchable table with status filters, bulk actions, saved views, and a link to the analytics dashboard.
Table Columns
The table shows the following columns:
- Process Name — the name of the process, linked to its detail page
- Client — the client the process belongs to
- Status — badge showing Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled
- Progress — a progress bar with percentage, colour-coded by urgency (red if overdue, amber if due within seven days, green if completed)
- Due Date — the overall due date, coloured red if overdue or amber if due within seven days
- Created — when the process was created, shown as a relative time
Searching and Filtering
Type in the Search processes... box to filter by name. Use the Status faceted filter to narrow results to specific statuses such as In Progress or Completed.
Saved Views
Click the view selector to save the current combination of column visibility, pinning, sort order, and active filters as a named view. You can share views with your team, set a default view, update an existing view, or delete one.
Bulk Actions
Tick the checkboxes on the left of one or more rows to reveal the bulk action bar:
- Change Status — set all selected processes to a chosen status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled)
- Cancel — cancel all selected processes that are not already completed or cancelled
- Delete — delete the selected processes (hold Shift and click to skip the confirmation prompt)
Row Appearance
Cancelled processes appear with strikethrough text. Completed processes appear dimmed.
Analytics
Click Analytics in the top right to open the process analytics dashboard, which shows KPI cards, charts, and breakdowns by template and assignee.
